The "Silk Foil" process is designed to produce hot stamping with a curved effect without embossing.
It is created using UV inks on a screen printing machine equipped with UV lamps.
Once the screen printing is complete, the substrates are then stamped with foil using a blank silicone plate (which can be used until it wears out). Therefore, the film deposits only on the screen-printed part.
For your trial needs, we also sell kits comprising:
- 1 kg of UV ink
- 1 Gold or Silver 640 mm x 120ml reel
- 1 150x305mm plain silicone plate
